No Shows & Cancellations
You have 24 hours prior your secured appointment time to cancel and reschedule a new appointment.
You can only reschedule once within your initial deposit.
Deposit & Late fee
A $25 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is required to schedule an appointment. Appointments are not secure until your deposit is made and confirmed.
If you're 15 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled. Your deposit will be forfeited. If you are 10 minutes late your deposit will be used as a late fee and you'll have to pay the full price.
